Return & Exchange Policy – Seemas Jee

At Seemas Jee, we aim to provide premium quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a one-time return policy under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must not be damaged by the customer.

  • Return Charges

  • A Rs. 200 delivery charge will be applied on all approved returns.

  • This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items purchased on clearance or special discount sale.

    • Used, washed, or damaged items.

    • Customized or altered products.

    4. Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email.

    2. Provide your Order Number and clear pictures of the product.

    3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

    5. Refund Policy

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed.

    • The refund amount will be issued after deducting Rs. 200 delivery charges.

    • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
