7-Day Exchange Policy

At Seemas Jee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy on eligible products.

Please note: We offer exchanges only. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

Exchange Available For

An exchange can be requested in the following cases:

  • Size-related issues
  • Change of preference / product does not suit you
  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged, defective, or torn product received

Exchange Delivery Charges

Customer-Requested Exchange

If the exchange is requested due to a size issue, change of preference, or any other reason from the customer's side, a flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 will be applicable on the replacement parcel.

Exchange Due to Seemas Jee's Mistake

If you receive a damaged, defective, torn, or incorrect product, no delivery charges will be charged on the replacement parcel.

In such cases, the replacement will be provided at no additional delivery charge.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or specially ordered products
  • Sale or clearance items, unless the item received is damaged, defective, torn, or incorrect

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the product, if required.
  3. Our team will review and approve the exchange request.
  4. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  5. After the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Important Information

  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
  • Returns and refunds are not available. Exchange only.
  • A Rs. 250 delivery charge applies to customer-requested exchanges.
  • No delivery charges apply when the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, torn, or incorrect product sent by Seemas Jee.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The product must meet all exchange eligibility requirements mentioned above.
